Weather Outlook 2nd November 2020 (6 pm)

Occasional moderate showers moved quickly across mainland St.Vincent this afternoon and slight hazy conditions are across our islands due to patches of Saharan dust. The hazy conditions are gradually thinning-out and low-level clouds with pulses in the wind-flow could bring occasional showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). Dry air could move across our area late Wednesday/early Thursday, allowing fair and sunny conditions Thursday. Low-level clouds could increase again late Thursday.

Moderate to occasionally fresh (~ 25 – 40 km/h) easterly breeze could turn east north-easterly late Tuesday, gradually reducing to moderate (~ 20 – 30 km/h) breeze by Thursday.

Moderate sea-conditions are across our islands, with easterly sea-swells nearing 1.5 m on western coasts and 2.5 m on eastern coasts, gradually falling. Swells could start originating from the north-east by Wednesday and become slight to moderate (1.0 – 2.0 m) by late Thursday.
