Cloudy to Overcast  with pockets of moderate to heavy showers, periods of rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds  up to tropical storm strength

Advisory:

Residents in areas prone to flash flooding and landslides and near rivers and streams should be prepared
Winds: E - ENE at 20 to 45 km/h at first, becoming N - ESE at 93 to 113 km/h with higher gusts.
Sea Conditions: Moderate to rough in open water; with swells 2.5 m- 3.5 m

Warning:

A high-surf advisory and small craft warning will be in effect until 6 pm Tuesday27th August. Small operators are advised to remaim in port. Sea-bathers and other users of the sea are advised to stay out of the water
