A flash flood watch is in effect; Residents and motorist in areas prone to flooding and land slippage or near rivers and streams should be prepared
Winds:

 ENE – E at 20 – 40 km/h (12 – 25 mph) with higher gust near showers
Sea Conditions:  Moderate to rough in open water; east north-easterly swells (1.5 –   3.5 m)

Marine Warning:

 Small craft operators and sea bathers should be prepared for above normal sea swells and gusty winds.
