Weather Outlook, 7th March 2020 (12 noon )

Although the Atlantic High is still dominant across the Windward island chain, there is a chance for some early morning showers during Sunday as weak pulses cross the islands. Additional weak unstable conditions may trigger some scattered showers during Monday while warm conditions are anticipated for Tuesday.

A gentle to moderate (20km/h – 30km/h) wind flow would vary east north east and easterly during Sunday. A slight increase (25km/h- 30km /h) blowing predominantly from the north east is forecast for Monday and Tuesday.

Sea conditions will are still expected to be slight to moderate in open water (1.0m -2.0m). The west coast can expect seas up to 0.5m to 1.0 m on Sunday whereas on the east coasts, slightly higher values are forecasted; between 1.5m to 2.0m.
