The Eastern Atlantic High Pressure System is maintaining moderate to fresh (‘~25 – 40 km/h) east north-easterly trades, with cool temperatures across our islands, increasing (‘~40 – 50 km/h) occasionally during night-time. Occasional pulses within the wind-flow could bring low-level cloud patches and trigger a few scattered showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) during Sunday and Monday, becoming isolated by Tuesday. Meanwhile, a film of Saharan dust haze moving across our area on Monday should clear-out by Tuesday evening.
Small craft-operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for above normal sea-swells and occasional gusty winds…East north-
easterly sea-swells across SVG could rise and fall in response to wind-speeds, ranging 1.2 to 1.5 m on western coasts and up to 2.5 m on eastern coasts…Swell heights could start rising by late Sunday, nearing 1.8 m on western coasts by Monday night and 2.7 m on eastern coast by Tuesday night.
