Weather Outlook - 21st September 2021(6pm)

A weak shearline should generate cloudy skies and trigger some occasional showers into Wednesday while lingering instability could produce additional sporadic showers on Thursday. Moderate(15-25km/h) east north easterly to easterly trades will cross the islands from tonight, becoming east south easterly by Thursday.

Seas are expected to remain smooth to slight with swells peaking up to 0.5m on western coasts and up to 1.2m on the eastern coasts. In addition, slight haze intrusion is possible around Thursday.

Meanwhile, a westward moving tropical disturbance off the coast of Cabo Verde Islands continues to show signs of development, with a high chance(90%) of cyclone formation during the next 5 days. The Saint Vincent Meteorological Services will continue to monitor the progress of this system and provide the necessary updates.
