Weather Outlook - 20th April 2026(12 Noon)

Cloudy skies and scattered light to moderate showers should continue across our islands for the remainder of Monday as a favorable upper level environment provides support.

Moisture levels should gradually reduce as Tuesday progresses resulting in relatively fairer conditions in the upcoming days. In addition, slight Saharan dust haze intrusion is expected late Tuesday.

Gentle to moderate (~15-25 km/h) east north easterly trades are crossing our islands and should decrease (<20 km/h) and become north easterly on occasions during the next few days. Seas are moderate in open waters with swells peaking near 1.0m on western coasts and near 1.8m on eastern coasts. Swell heights should fall tonight (Monday) as wind speeds decrease.
