Fresh-occasionally strong (30 - 45km/h) northeasterly winds across our islands could become temporarily light/gentle (10 - 15km/h) and directions turn south southeasterly during Saturday afternoon, as a tropical disturbance crosses the islands…Be aware!

Sea conditions are moderate in open water, with rising swells likely to range 1.5m(5ft) to 3.0m(10ft) across SVG by weekend…Small-craft operators should be prepared for limited visibility in moderate/thick dust-haze, above normal swells and occasional gusty winds.
