Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should exercise caution 

Winds:
ENE  to E at 20 to 35 km/h  (12 – 22 mph) with higher gust near showers
Sea Conditions:
Slight to moderate in open water with swells from (1.0 m to 2.0 m)

Marine Advisory:

 Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution  especially along the eastern coasts
