Weather Outlook - 4th October 2026(12noon)
Weak unstable conditions are crossing the islands with a few scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. A film of haze may be noticeable across our area at times. A tropical wave is expected to approach the islands by Tuesday, with periods
of light rain and pockets of moderate showers with thunderstorm activity across St. Vincent and the Grenadines… Residents and motorists in areas prone to flash-flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should be alert.
Gentle-moderate (15 - 25km/h) northeasterlies turn south-southeasterly during Tuesday, as a tropical wave crosses the islands and speeds occasionally reduce to light (5 - 10km/h) breeze with little cooling-effect…Be Aware…Speeds increase (20 - 30km/h) again by late Tuesday.
Sea conditions are slight-moderate in open water, with swells near 0.5m(1.5ft) west of our islands and ranging 1.2m(4ft) to 1.5m(5ft) east of our islands.
