Weather Outlook - 23rd October 2020 (6pm)

As a tropical wave continues its westward track away from the island chain tonight, hazy and breezy conditions would continue across St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Lingering instability may trigger a few showers so residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should remain alert. Models suggest that the upper level environment would become less favourable on Saturday, decreasing the chances for any significant showers. Another topical wave inches closer to the island chain by early Sunday and this feature would influence the weather pattern across SVG for the beginning of the week. Some moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely on Monday.
