72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook - 20th September 2020 (6pm)

Day time heating coupled with light winds and equatorial moisture resulted in a few moderate showers and isolated thunderstorms across St. Vincent & the Grenadines during mid-afternoon today. Similar conditions are anticipated across Monday afternoon as conditions are likely to remain warm and winds speeds relatively low. Models suggest that late Tuesday, a Tropical Storm(Wiflred) that poses no direct threat to SVG should weaken, however its associated instability may influence our weather pattern into Wednesday.

Gentle(10-20km/h) south easterly trades are anticipated tonight and across tomorrow, slightly decreasing on occasions. The wind direction should turn east north easterly by late Monday.
