Unfavourable upper level conditions along the tropical wave’s axis suppressed shower activity and resulted in fair to partly cloudy skies early Wednesday. Nevertheless, an increase in cloudiness and a few showers were experienced across St. Vincent & the Grenadines shortly after noon. Lingering instability may allow for some light showers early Thursday as pockets of low-level moisture associated with the system continue to cross the island chain. As the weekend approaches, generally fair conditions should persist.
