However, an increase in low level moisture and instability should be noticeable across the islands from tonight, with Tropical Storm Kirk moving in on the Eastern Caribbean Islands. A Tropical Storm watch is in effect for St.Vincent and the Grenadines, and periods of rain, occasional moderate to heavy showers with gusty winds
