72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook 6 pm 10th November 2017

Pockets of moisture could result in isolated showers overnight. Although the High Pressure is dominant across the area, weak low to mid level shearline cross our islands tomorrow afternoon could bring scattered showers. By Sunday, the High Pressure system should be dominant across our islands. Monday afternoon into Tuesday, east south-easterly wind flow on the south western edge of the High Pressure System should bring low level moisture from equatorial regions across the islands with scattered showers.

Moderate to fresh (20 - 35km/h) breeze from east-northeast to east can be expected tonight, with slight veering to east-southeasterly expected Saturday afternoon.  Gradual increase to steady fresh easterly breeze is possible by Monday afternoon. Slight to moderate (1.0m – 1.8m) seas across SVG can be expected for the next few days. Good visibility experienced this afternoon could be reduced by slight (20 – 40 ug/m**3) dust concentrations mainly across the Grenadines Saturday afternoon; thinning out Monday.
