Showers and thunderstorm activity across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) gradually decrease this (Monday) evening…Residents and motorists in areas prone to flash-flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should remain alert.

During Wednesday, a patch of Saharan dust could gradually reduce visibility and air quality across our area…Take the necessary precautions. Meanwhile, a few showers are likely across SVG during this week.   

Moderate-fresh (20 - 35km/h) breeze turns north north-easterly during Tuesday, then varying from north-east to east south-east across our islands during Wednesday and Thursday.

Slight-moderate sea conditions in open water, range 0.5m(1.5ft) to 1.0m(3ft) west of our islands and 1.5m(5ft) to 1.8m(6ft) east of our islands…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should exercise caution for occasional northerly swells creating breaking wave action on  eastern coasts during Wednesday afternoon and reduced visibility by nightfall.
