Weather Outlook - 20th July 2026(12noon)

The Atlantic High Pressure System remains the dominant feature and patches of Saharan dust could occasionally create moderate-haze across our area; reducing visibility and air qualityTake the necessary precautions. The chance for showers

across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) remains low until late Thursday, when a few showers are possible.

Moderate (~ 25km/h) breeze across our islands temporarily decrease (15 - 20km/h) during Tuesday and wind directions vary between northeast and southeast in some locations.

Sea conditions are slight to moderate in open water, with swells ranging 0.5m(1.5ft) to 1.0m(3ft) west of our islands and 1.2m(4ft) to 1.8m(6ft) east of our islands.

The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Services will continue to monitor developments in the Tropical Atlantic Ocean and issue updates/advisories as necessary.
