Weather Outlook - 20th February 2026(12noon)
Over the weekend, shallow clouds could interrupt fair conditions and trigger a few isolated showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). Saharan dust-haze concentrations are likely to be moderate across our area by Sunday night and Monday…Be aware! A dense plume is expected southward of the Grenadines during that time.
The Atlantic High Pressure System is pushing moderate-fresh (25 - 35km/h) cool breeze across our islands and directions vary between northeast and easterly in some locations.
Sea conditions are moderate in open water with above normal swells near 1.5m(5ft) west of our islands and 2.0m(6.5ft) east of our islands…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for occasional northerly swells with breaking wave action and rip currents during this evening and Saturday morning. Occasional gusty winds are possible and moderate dust-haze could result in poor visibility by Sunday night.
