Weather Outlook - 7th October 2026(12noon)
A film of haze currently across our area is expected to clear out, allowing for fairly good visibility across our islands. The ‘Hurricane/Wet Season’ across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) extends from June-November and the highest monthly
rainfall totals usually occur during October-November. Moisture levels are likely to increase over the next few days, maintaining light-moderate rain and occasional showers. Thunderstorm activity could increase across SVG during the weekend…Residents and motorists in areas prone to flash-flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should be alert and prepared.
Gentle-moderate (15 - 25km/h) breeze across our islands could occasionally increase near 35km/h and directions could vary between northeasterly and southeasterly in some locations.
Sea conditions are expected to be slight in open water, with swells near 0.5m(1.5ft) west of our islands and ranging 1.0m(3ft) to 1.2m(4ft) east of our islands.
