Weather Outlook, 17th March 2020 (6pm)

Mostly fair conditions are forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Model guidance is indicating unstable conditions across the Northern Windwards around Thursday. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is likely to experience a few showers associated with this instability. In addition, moderate showers are anticipated on Friday.

 A light to occasionally moderate (10km/h- 30km/h) north easterly wind regime will persist from tonight into Thursday, becoming east north east (ENE) on occasions.  An increase in speed (20km/h-35km/h) is forecast for Thursday night into Friday.

Generally, slight sea conditions, 0.5m-1.2m, will become approximately 0.5m - 1.5m on the western and eastern coasts respectively by Thursday. By Friday, moderate conditions (2.0m) are forecast for the eastern coasts.

Slight haze intrusion is likely within this 72 hours period.
