Weather Outlook 12th May 2020 (6 pm)

Hazy conditions with varying intensity of Saharan dust and dry air, occasionally reduce visibility, meanwhile limiting shower activity across our area. Occasional thinning-out could allow isolated showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) before dust concentrations thicken to moderate haze by Friday night.

Moderate to fresh (20 – 40 km/h) breeze, could vary in direction between east north-east and east south-east over the next few days. Wind speeds may be noticeably reduced to moderate (20 – 30 km/h) during Thursday. Sea conditions are moderate, with east south-easterly swells now ranging 1.2 to 1.5 m on western coasts and ranging 2.0 to 2.5 m on eastern coasts...Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should

continue to exercise caution...Swell heights could be falling late Wednesday and slight to moderate (1.2 - 2.0 m) sea-conditions are expected across SVG during Thursday, before rising again late Friday.
