A low pressure system north of the the Leeward Islands should dip and weaken to a trough during late Monday. Lingering instability from this feature may generate some cloudy skies and a few scattered showers early Tuesday before fairer conditions are experienced. Generally warm conditions are anticipated across St. Vincent & the Grenadines on Wednesday with only a few isolated showers expected early Thursday.
There will be changes to Monday’s light wind regime (10-20 km/h) as wind speeds gradually increase over the next three days. A gentle to moderate wind flow (15-30 km/h) can be expected Tuesday and Wednesday whereas fresh breeze (25-35 km/h) is likely in our area around Thursday. The wind flow would predominantly be east north easterly throughout the forecasted period.
Seas will be slight to moderate (1.0m to 2.0m) in open water for the upcoming days with smooth to slight conditions (0.5 -1.0m) forecasted for west coasts and slight conditions (1.0m - 1.2m) anticipated for the eastern coasts.
Patches of slight dust haze intrusion is likely around late Tuesday.
