Convergence of low-level winds has generated cloudy to overcast skies across St. Vincent & the Grenadines today. This coupled with a marginally favourable upper-level environment has led to pockets of light to moderate showers and periods of light rain across the islands. Model guidance suggests that this pattern is likely to persist within the next 24 hours. Therefore, residents and motorists should be alert in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams.

Moderate to fresh(20-35km/h) east north easterly to easterly trades will cross the islands within the next 12 hours, while an occasionally moderate(near 25km/h) flow should begin from Tuesday afternoon slightly decreasing into Thursday. No significant dust haze concentration is expected for this forecast period.
