Fair to occasional cloudy skies with the chance of few scattered showers will continue across St Vincent and the Grenadines tonight and Saturday. The tropical wave presently located in the Mid-Atlantic is forecast to pass south of the island as early as Sunday. Due to its passage, there is a moderate chance that SVG will experience some scattered showers as Sunday progresses into Monday.

Winds will blow from the east (E) at 20km/h-35km/h allowing for breezy conditions. Seas are likely to remain at slight to moderate in open waters, with swells ranging between 1.0m to 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.3m - 2.5m on the eastern coasts over the next few days.

Small craft operators and sea – bathers should exercise caution for occasional gusty winds and above normal sea swells.

In addition, a thin film of haze is forecast across the islands around Sunday, possibly intensifying by Monday.
