The Atlantic high pressure system would remain the dominant feature within the next three(3) days although patches of low level moisture could generate cloudy skies into Saturday morning. Consequently, the chance of showers also increases. Moderate to fresh(~20-30km/h) easterly to east north easterly trades are anticipated up to Sunday before decreasing(~15-25km/h) Monday accompanied by a temporary spell of east south easterly winds.
Seas are currently slight to moderate in open water, peaking up to 1.2m on western coasts and ranging between 2.2m to 2.5m on eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells and gusty winds. In addition, varying concentrations of Saharan dust haze are anticipated within this forecast period.
