At our Argyle station, 2 1/4 inches (57 mm) of rainfall was recorded Saturday night. The surface trough across the island chain should move northward overnight, while cloudy skies continue due to mid-upper level moisture… expect a few scattered showers. Cloudiness should decrease on Monday with few scattered showers late Monday.

Moisture convergence with a weak shearline is possible across the Grenadine Islands late Tuesday, while mid and upper levels could support scattered showers across our area into Wednesday.

East to east south-easterly gentle to moderate breeze (12-28 km/h) should increase to fresh (up to 38 km/h) by Tuesday. Mean sea-level pressure should range 1012-1014 mb, while slight sea swells on the west and slight to moderate sea swells on the east, should continue for next few days.

Patches of dust concentrations with varying intensity, could occasionally reduce visibility across our islands over the next few days.
