72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook- 10th May 2020 (6pm)

Weak instability across the island chain is likely to result in occasionally cloudy skies and a few moderate showers across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tonight into tomorrow.  Thereafter, the chance of shower activity decreases, with mostly fair and slightly hazy conditions anticipated Tuesday and Wednesday.  In addition, a predominantly moderate easterly wind flow (20km/h-35km/h) will move across the island chain, increasing in speed to approximately 20km/h-40km/h from Monday night into Wednesday. Swells will peak at 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts, deteriorating to 2.5m on the eastern coast from Tuesday. Therefore, small craft operators and sea bathers will be advised to exercise caution around that time.
