Weather Outlook 9th May 2020 (6 pm)

Hazy conditions thinned-out across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) last night. A weak pulse/instability is expected across our islands on Sunday, with occasional cloudiness and a few scattered showers. Slight concentrations of Saharan dust could return across SVG late Sunday, but lingering moisture with a few showers are likely on Monday and slight/moderate haze with isolated showers on Tuesday. Moderate to occasionally fresh (20 – 40 km/h) east north-easterly breeze could turn east south-easterly behind the weak pulse, during Sunday night.            

Easterly swells with heights ranging 1.2 to 1.5 m on western coasts are expected to rise near 1.8 m during Monday night, while swells near 2.0 m on eastern coasts could rise near
