72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook 22nd March 2020 (6 pm)

The Western Atlantic (Bermuda) High Pressure System is dominant across the island chain, but is expected to weaken slightly across our area during Monday. Weak pulses/instability on its southern edge can be expected across St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), with periods of light rain and occasional support at mid-upper levels could trigger a few showers over the next few days.

Moderate to occasionally fresh (25 - 40 km/h) east northeasterly trade-winds are expected across SVG over the next few days.

Sea conditions across our islands are slight to moderate, with swells ranging 1.0 to 1.5m on the west coasts and occasionally nearing 2.2 m on the east coasts
