The Atlantic High Pressure System is dominant across the region with brisk winds bringing occasional shallow cloud patches and showers.  A ‘cut-off Low’ in the Eastern Atlantic is expected to linger, inducing a shearline/trough feature across the Central Windward Islands tomorrow.
