Unstable conditions will continue to affect the islands tonight and generally cloudy skies are likely to be accompanied by scattered moderate showers and thunderstorm activity. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flash-flooding or near rivers and streams should continue to exercise caution. The chance of showers decreases as Saturday progresses as a weak ridge pattern attempts to dominate the weather pattern across our islands. On Sunday, warm conditions are anticipated but by nightfall a tropical wave inches closer our islands. This wave is expected to affect SVG by mid Monday.
