A mid to upper level trough stationed above the eastern Caribbean has provided support, contributing to cloudy skies accompanied by occasional moderate showers early today(Monday). This upper-level environment is expected to remain in place within the next 24 hours. With low level moisture present, similar conditions are possible in pockets across the islands. Therefore, residents and motorists near rivers and streams located in the red and orange zones near the La Soufriere Volcano should remain alert. Relatively fair weather should return on Wednesday, whereas additional unstable conditions are anticipated for Thursday.
