72 Hours Outlook

Unstable conditions are anticipated over St Vincent and the Grenadines into early next week as a broad area of moisture trails a recent tropical wave. Today Light southerly winds could also be a catalyst in providing some localised mid afternoon showers. In addition, the mid levels to upper level environment is expected to lend support and add to the instability from Sunday. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should remain alert. The SVG Meteorological Service will continue to monitor the expected conditions and provide the necessary updates as the weekend progresses.
