72 Hours Outlook

A broad and fast moving tropical wave continues to affect the islands and occasional moderate scattered showers are likely tonight with the possibility of isolated thunderstorms. Similar conditions are likely on Sunday with increased activity highly probable towards evening and into Monday. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should remain alert.  The chance of showers decreases from Monday afternoon into Tuesday as the Atlantic high pressure regains dominance.
