72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook- 8th August 2021 (6 pm)

The tail end of a tropical wave would affect the islands up to late Sunday before conditions gradually and temporarily improve into early Monday. Meanwhile, the SVG Meteorological Service continues to monitor an area of disturbed weather with an elongated area of low pressure a few hundred miles to the east of the island chain. The centre of this disturbance is expected to pass well north of SVG late Monday and regardless of development, our islands are likely to experience showers and thunderstorm activity from late Monday into and along Tuesday. All residents should remain alert. Some improvement could return on Wednesday.
