The upper levels will provide occasional support for some moderate to heavy showers at times tonight across SVG as a surface to low-level trough continues to affect the Southern Windwards. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams should remain alert. Instability will last into Sunday, however, as the day progresses a dry environment should result in fair to partly cloudy conditions. Early Monday, (the final day of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane season)a shearline could trigger some showers across the north of mainland St.Vincent before a ridge pattern gradually builds. This would allow for only brief sporadic showers mixed with sunny skies into and across Tuesday.
