Weather Outlook - 3rd December 2021(6pm)
The Atlantic high pressure system should dominate the weather conditions across SVG allowing shallow cloud patches to cross the islands accompanied by isolated shower activity. However, moisture embedded within the winds should trigger some occasional scattered showers across the islands during Sunday. Moderate to fresh(20-30km/h) easterly to north-easterly trades are anticipated within the next 24 hours while stronger(30-40km/h) wind speeds could return from Sunday.
Sea conditions will remain moderate in open waters, with swells peaking at 1.5 m on the western coasts and 2.2 m on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells and occasional gusty winds. Conditions could further deteriorate from early Sunday. In addition, a thin layer of Saharan dust haze will begin to cross the islands from around late Sunday.
