Apart from a few brief isolated showers, generally fair to party cloudy conditions are anticipated across St. Vincent & the Grenadines over the next 48 hours. An increase in low-level moisture shortly afterward should generate cloudy skies with possible scattered showers across the islands as Wednesday approaches.
The Atlantic High pressure system will remain dominant, pumping moderate to fresh trade winds (20km/h to 35km/h) across the islands with strong breeze(up to 40 km/h) on occasions. Wind speeds are likely to reduce around Tuesday, however, by Wednesday, an increase is anticipated.
Sea conditions will be slight to moderate with swells peaking at 1.2m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coast. No significant haze intrusion is likely over the forecaste period.
