Breezy conditions and varying intensities of Saharan dust will persist across St. Vincent & the Grenadines into the week's end as the Atlantic High regains its dominance after the passage of the recent tropical wave. Residents should exercise caution for reduced air quality due to Saharan dust. A few weak pulses (shallow cloud patches) may trigger some early morning isolated showers over the next two days. A tropical wave is anticipated around late Saturday.

Moderate to occasionally strong (~25 - 40 km/h) east to east north easterly (ENE) trades will move across the islands over the next 72 hours.

Moderate sea conditions with swells peaking to 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts are forecast during the next 72 hours as winds speeds increase. Small craft operators and sea-bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells and reduced visibility.
