Scattered showers across St. Vincent and the Grenadines this evening continue tonight, decreasing by early morning. Patches of Saharan dust haze linger across our area and weak pulses in the wind-flow could trigger weak unstable conditions bringing occasional showers as low-level clouds cross our islands. Towards the weekend, activity associated with the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) could nudge northwards, increasing shower activity across SVG.
Moderate to fresh (‘~20 – 40 km/h) easterly breeze across our islands could gradually turn north-easterly by late Wednesday.
Slight to moderate sea-conditions with east north-easterly sea-swells
are across our islands, ranging 1.2 – 1.5 m on western coasts and up to 2.2 m on eastern coasts. Gentle fall in swell heights continue, with swells nearing 1.0 m on western coasts and 1.5 m on eastern coasts by Thursday night.
