Fair to occasionally cloudy skies are expected within the next 24 hours as the Atlantic high pressure system dominates. On Thursday, unstable conditions are expected to maintain cloudy conditions along with an increase in the chance of showers.
Gentle to fresh(15-35km/h) easterly to east north easterly trades will cross the islands. On Thursday winds could become temporarily east south easterly across the afternoon. Seas will be slight to moderate in open waters, with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 2.0m to 2.3m on the eastern coasts. In addition, varying concentrations of Saharan dust haze is anticipated across the island chain late Wednesday night and may be visible along Thursday. Concentrations may begin to decrease on Friday.
