While the northern half of our islands may experience fairer conditions associated with the Western Atlantic High Pressure building across our area (pushing southward); across the Southern Grenadines, partly cloudy skies with a few scattered showers can be expected.

This is due to a low pressure area just north-east of the island chain extending couple surface troughs/shearlines across the extreme southern Windward Islands.

Moderate to fresh (20-38 km/h) breeze should continue across our islands Thursday and Friday, with gradual reduction in speeds late Friday. Occasional gentle breeze may be experienced over the weekend with the approach of a weak low level trough system resulting in low level moisture/scattered showers increasing on Sunday. Wind speed should return to moderate to fresh breeze by Sunday becoming strong again by Monday.

Seas are currently slight to moderate(1.2m - 2.5m) and are expected to rise again on east coasts by Sunday, in response to increased wind speeds. Only thin patches of dust concentration are expected over next few days.
