Occasional cloudy skies are expected across Tuesday afternoon as moisture draws closer to the islands. In addition, the chance of showers increases near nightfall. Weak low level instability is expected to persist across the islands from Wednesday as a result of the aforementioned moisture

Moderate to fresh(20-35kmh) easterly to east north easterly trades will cross the islands, becoming strong(near 40km/h) by Friday.  Consequently, sea conditions are moderate in open water with swells peaking near 1.5m on western coasts and near 2.5m on eastern coasts.  Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution for above normal sea swells and gusty winds. Saharan dust concentrations should increase on Wednesday.
