72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook- 5th May 2020 (6pm)

Fair to partly cloudy skies, hazy and breezy conditions are forecast across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines over the next few days. An increase in low level moisture is likely to produce a few scattered showers on Tuesday night and Wednesday night. In addition, a predominantly moderate easterly wind flow (20km/h-35km/h) will increase in strength to approximately 20km/h – 40km/h across the island chain from Wednesday evening. Consequently, sea conditions on the eastern coasts will deteriorate from Wednesday evening with swells peaking at 2.5m. Currently, swells are peaking at 1.5m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution.
