72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook - 16th March 2024 (12noon)

The Atlantic High Pressure System is dominant across the islands and increased wind speeds could bring occasional clouds with a few showers across St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), interupting fair conditions. Varying concentrations of Saharan dust create slight/moderate-haze across our area by Sunday.

Moderate-fresh (20 - 35km/h) breeze vary between east north-east and east south-east across our islands. Wind-speeds are expected to peak ~38km/h Monday night.

Sea conditions are moderate in open water, with swells near 1.5m west of our islands and near 2.0m east of our islands…Small-craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution for above normal sea-swells and occasional gusty winds.
