This feature will begin to affect the islands late tonight, resulting in increasingly cloudy skies. Subsequently, scattered showers are forecast; some of which may be moderate to heavy at times. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides or near rivers and streams are advised to remain alert.
