72 Hours Outlook

Weather Outlook - 13th April 2025 (12 Noon)

The Atlantic High Pressure system is the dominant feature across the islands. Generally fair conditions will dominate the weather pattern for the remainder of Sunday and Monday. A weak southward moving shearline could trigger some scattered showers across our islands on Tuesday under occasionally cloudy skies. Fair conditions should return on Wednesday.

Gentle to moderate (~15 to 25km/h) easterly to east north easterly trades are currently crossing our islands, becoming east south easterly on Monday and Wednesday. A slight increase (~30km/h) is also expected on Wednesday. Seas are slight to moderate in open water with swells ranging between 1.0m to 2.0m. In addition, no significant Saharan dust haze intrusion is expected during this forecast period.
