72 Hours Outlook

Low to mid-level moisture is presently over our area and will continue to generate occasional light to moderate showers. However, by late tomorrow, model guidance suggests a deterioration in weather conditions due to an increase in moisture and a favorable mid to upper atmosphere. Rainfall activity is expected to increase with pockets of moderate to heavy showers with the chance of thunderstorm activity. These conditions are anticipated over the weekend in varying intensity as instability continues to linger.
