72 Hours Outlook

As the tail end of a tropical wave crosses the islands, pockets of moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to persist tonight. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides and near rivers and streams should continue to exercise caution.  Lingering instability will allow for occasional showers during the early parts of Monday with more pleasant conditions expected as the day progresses and along Tuesday. Unstable conditions could trigger additional scattered showers Tuesday night into Wednesday.
