A relatively dry and suppressive environment should result in brief shallow sporadic showers across SVG over the next three days. In addition moderate Saharan dust concentrations could linger across the islands, affecting the visibility and air quality over the forecast period.

Moderate to fresh (20 – 35 km/h) east south-easterly trades would cross our islands over the next 48 hours. The wind direction is expected to gradually increase (near 40 km/h) on Friday.

Currently seas are slight to moderate in open water, peaking near 1.0 m on western coasts and up to 2.0 m on eastern coasts of SVG. A slight decrease (1.5 – 2.0 m) in swell heights may be noticeable by Wednesday.
